Here's an image of a turtle, I love turtles! This is Penelope, I see her on occasions when I swim and dive in our local San Diego waters. Sometimes we are blessed with beautiful conditions; 20 foot visibility, blue water and sunshine. This turtle will occasionaly come to feast in very shallow water - between 5 and 10 feet. The best thing about this green sea turtle is not in just seeing her, but actually hanging out with her . She doesn't seem to mind my presence at all, and just goes about munching on algae and occasionally visiting the surface for air. Seeing sea life always makes my day - especially turtles.
