Week 1
- check out the FLA map Kris gave us.

- come up with 3 sketches or thumbnails of what the branding should look like and the colors.

Week 2
Edrick = Create vector graphics and a grid for the map. Don't need to add colors just a layout with each section numbered. Make an HTML file with the file type set as the background image with no repeat. Put it to the MM214 server and send me the link.
Christa = Make a title and description for the points I gave you. You don't need to enter the coordinates just the title and description of each.
Bert, Marc, and Gilda = Finalize the company name and branding. Everybody come up with a final comp for the branding and send it to Bert. Here's his email:

Come up with three different site designs for the web site. Don't think about the look of the mobile just yet, a good clean design for the site is what we're aiming for.
Gary = Register for the Del Mar Fair multimedia contest. Come up with the points on the map for Christa to put in the CMS. Finish up and edit the project proposal. Come up with three different site designs for the Web Site.
EVERYBODY: Try to think of a position name for yourself. If your stuck or confused email me. Also, remember to keep track of how many hours you are spending on your homework and contact me with that information via email or phone.
Week 3
Edrick: Create a function that converts coordinates to grid marks for AJAX application.
Christa: Create an insert function, and finish up the descriptions and titles of each of the points on the map.
Marc: Take Bert's PSD and put everything together in illustrator. Use Bert's layout but with your header.
Bert: Make an HTML/CSS file for the layout of the site. Don't insert any content just have the divs set up and ready to put content in them for next week.
Gilda: Redraw our branding in Illustrator. Create and design a pop-up box for the beginning of our application.
Gary: Create icons for the AJAX application. Begin work on the Map application in Flash.
Week 4
Christa: create the form for the search function, add two more events to the PHP script.
Put each radio button/icon into a div and add the icon name.
bert: center html document, make sure the links have roll overs, take out the sidebar content
and leave it empty, put the map inside the major content section.
marc: give the illustrator file of the map to Bert. Animate the tabs on the left and make
them move back and forth, The two tabs are attrations, and search.
edrick: make sure the ajax app. is fully functional with the icons and coordinates in place.
gilda: Find at least two high quality photos for the exhibits, animals, kid zone, and food sections. Finish the two icons
(events and animals) and save them as PSD's, and gifs.
gary: code the photo gallery for the for the attrations tab. Put the pieces that bert and marc have together and
make an html document. put everyones hours into the time sheet.
Week 5
christa: take the flash application I gave you and make descripitions as well as putting in the icons that are used for the AJAX app. Be sure to have the folder structure the same otherwise the app won't work.
edrick: try to have the AJAX application working in explorer. begin work on the flash lite application.
marc: make the text for the attrations page dynamic text as well as providing a description for each.
bert: put in the content for the main links as well as making the site in flash.
gilda: design a background for the site. it's kind of plain right now, and would be nice to have some sort of design element put into the background.
gary: put together filter flash app for the events section. take the pics that gilda gave you and put them together with fades and load bars begin work on flashlite app.
Week 6
Christa: finish work on the flash map applictaion. put all of the icons on the vector based map and have a swf of it ready for thursday.
edrick: finilize the AJAX application and add the last two icons. begin work on flash lite application.
marc: make the text for the attrations page dynamic text as well as providing a description for each.
bert: finilize the mobile and contact section of the site and bring a swf to class on thursday.
gilda: take a screenshot of the website and mount it on a blackboard with an overlay. make sure to follow the guidelines fron the fair I gave you.
gary: take a screenshot of the site and save it to a cd to give to kris on monday. (rm: 265 6-10) design the filter application for the prices section. finizile the flash map application. make sure everything is finilized for the site.
Week 7

bert: finilize the mobile section and make the movie clip inside the phone move throughout the page.
