Susan A. Gaudiana Huffaker, M.A. is the primary investigator on this project. She will be working under the supervision of her dissertation chair, Gary W. Lawson, Ph.D., PSY 9547
PURPOSE OF THE RESEARCH
The purpose of this study is to investigate the decision-making process of mental health professionals.
DURATION OF PARTICIPATION IN THE RESEARCH AND NUMBER OF SUBJECTS TO PARTICIPATE
You will be involved in this study for approximately 20 minutes. A total of 100 participants will be involved in this study.
RISKS
The risks for participating in this study are minimal. A minimal risk is defined as one where the risk of harm anticipated is not greater than that ordinarily encountered in daily life.
BENEFITS OF THE RESEARCH
You may reasonably expect to indirectly benefit from the knowledge learned from the questions listed in the questionnaires.
CONFIDENTIALITY
You have the right to privacy, and all information identifying you will remain confidential, unless otherwise required by law. The results of this study may be published in scientific journals or be presented at psychological meetings as long as you are not identified and cannot reasonably be identified from it.
